ISIS-Linked Group Was Committed to Attack in Spain: Police

Three Moroccans were arrested in early morning raids in Madrid Tuesday, accused of planning to attack the Spanish capital city, NBC News reported.

The trio was willing to "carry out terrorist acts," with the leader of the cell recruiting others by spreading ISIS doctrine and "terrorist discipline," Spanish police said.

The other two members were "operatives" in charge of carrying out potential terrorist acts.
