Police made quite the catch Wednesday morning near a Davie, Florida, school: an 11-foot alligator weighing in at over 400 pounds.
The Davie Police Department posted a picture with four of their officers and the animal they were able to capture from a bike trail at a canal near Falcon Cove Middle School, located off Griffin Road and Bonaventure Boulevard:

The canal where the gator was caught is located south of the school, which shares property with Cypress Bay High School.
