At least seven people were injured when a children's swing ride tipped over at a Kentucky amusement park on Saturday, police told NBC News.
Emergency personal responded after the ride, which suspends riders in the air as it spins around, malfunctioned and toppled over at Beech Bend Park in Bowling Green Saturday evening, according to the Warren County Sheriff's department.
Some children were among the injured, police confirmed. The extent of the injuries was not yet known, but no fatalities have been reported.
The cause of the malfunction remains unclear.
