Grainy footage released by cops late Thursday shows what appears to be a man walking down a sidewalk. Police want to speak with him in connection with the May 19, 2016 killing of 51-year-old Sharon Whigham.

Authorities say an unknown person or people slashed Whigham's throat around 4:30 a.m. that spring morning and placed her in the bench in front of a building on Ninth Street. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
