The NYPD has arrested a 38-year-old woman in connection with the death of her boyfriend who was found with a gunshot wound to his head at his Staten Island home.
Lisa McQuade of Staten Island was charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, a loaded firearm.
Police say the victim, 39-year-old Christopher Bonafede, was found by police at 7 p.m. Sunday at his residence on Ridgewood Avenue. Authorities said the two lived together.
It wasn't immediately clear if McQuade had an attorney.
