Police are investigating after a woman's body was discovered on the roof of an apartment building in Brooklyn Thursday morning.
A maintenance worker found the body on the roof of 2930 West 30th St. in Coney Island at about 10 a.m., according to police.
Police are looking into whether the body may be that of an elderly woman reported missing from the area last month.
The medical examiner will determine a cause of death.
