The soggy, nasty weather is no match for BTS fans!

If you haven't heard, K-pop sensation BTS is having a free concert in Central Park this week and the group's die-hard fans have taken it upon themselves to wait in big numbers outside the iconic park with little shelter save for umbrellas and the odd tarp.

The little shelter available comes after the NYPD told the crowd that no tents are allowed, prompting the "tent city" that was initially set up to be taken down.

BTS, the South Korean boy band, made up of members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook, will perform free in the park as part of the annual "Good Morning America" concert series Wednesday.

Fans have already been in line for days -- and if the queue to watch BTS on "Saturday Night Live" last month (when they became the first ever Korean pop group to do so) is any indication, many more will join.

What's more astonishing? The fans don't even have to camp out to get tickets. Everyone on line has a ticket for the sold-out show. They are simply out braving the elements to get a good spot to see their favorite band.

Given the crowd expectations, the NYPD tweeted a reminder Friday, well in advance of the show, that "For your safety, camping in the concrete jungle is not permitted."

"Trust us we're just as excited as you are about the #BTS (방탄소년단) @bts_bighit concert," the 19th Precinct tweeted.

BTS is an acronym of Bangtan Sonyeondan or "Beyond the Scene." The band debuted in June 2013. Last year they became the first Korean pop group to reach No. 1 on the Billboard top 200.

BTS is also scheduled to perform at MetLife Stadium Saturday and Sunday. Ahead of the concerts they’ve launched a limited “2019 BTS World Tour Pop Up Store” in each city they play during their tour. The stores have exclusive city specific merchandise that can only be purchased on-site and New York City's own pop-up opened up Tuesday at 430 W. 15th St. It will be available until May 20.

The "Today" show summer concert series also kicks off Wednesday, with Meghan Trainor hitting the plaza.
