A man was charged with hosting a huge party on Long Island where minors were drinking early Saturday, police said.
About 400 people were at the party on Crystal Brook Hollow Road in Port Jefferson when police arrived shortly after midnight, Suffolk County police said.
Police said they observed underage drinking.
Michael Malguarnera, 30, was arrested and charged with violating the Social Host Law, police said. He was released on bail and scheduled for arraignment Aug. 18.
It wasn't clear whether Malguarnera had an attorney.
