Two people were arrested in connection with a shooting in May that injured four men in Chelsea, authorities said.
Ricardo Daniell, 31, turned himself in Thursday with pending charges, police said.
Paola Betances, 22, was arrested on May 29 in connection with the incident, and was charged with possessing marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, police said.
The men were on 14th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues when a man came up on a bike, shot them and pedaled away, the NYPD said.
A 42-year-old man was shot in the chest and back, another 42-year-old was shot in the chest, and a 41-year-old man was shot in the groin, arm and abdomen, police said. A fourth victim, a 35-year-old man, suffered a graze wound on his back.
All victims were in stable condition.
