Trains Delayed Up to 15 Minutes Into, Out of Penn Station Due to Overhead Wire Issues: NJ Transit

Trains traveling into and out of Penn Station are operating on delays of up to 15 minutes due to Amtrak-related overhead wire issues, NJ Transit says.

Service into and out of the station was suspended around 2:20 p.m. Wednesday, and was initially operating with delays of up to 60 minutes.

NJ Transit bus and private carries will accept rail tickets and passes, according to the agency. PATH will accept NJ Transit rail tickets and passes at Newark, Hoboken and 33rd Street.
