Teens Beat up 2 Men on 6 Train Platform in Flatiron District: NYPD

A pair of teens assaulted two men on a subway platform in the Flatiron District on Thursday evening, leaving both battered and bruised.

The suspects approached the victims, a 35-year-old man and a 59-year-old man, while standing on the 23rd Street and Lexington Avenue subway platform at around 11:40 p.m., authorities said. A physical altercation between the suspects and victims ensued.

The 35-year-old sustained gashes to his left ear, left eye, nose and head. The 59-year-old sustained a wound to his right eye.

Both men were taken to Metropolitan Hospital in stable condition, police said. The suspects fled the scene after the attack.
