Suspect Sought in String of Queens Break-Ins: Police

Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with a string of break-ins during the past few days in Queens.

Investigators released an image of the suspect on Wednesday.

In the most recent incident, the suspect used a chair to open a side window to home of a 63-year-old man at about 4 a.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of 101st Street and Rockaway Boulevard, police said. The suspect fled empty-handed.

On Sunday, the suspect stole a cellphone, two computers and some credit cards from a residence in the vicinity of 109th Street and 107th Avenue, police said.

The suspect struck two residences a day earlier. He cut through the screen of a front window on one home near 113th Street and Liberty Avenue at 12:25 a.m., but left empty-handed. Hours later, he entered a home near 103rd Street and 109th Avenue and made off with watches, a cellphone and an undetermined amount of cash.
