Prosecutors say that around 2:45 p.m. Dudley boarded a 7 train headed at 61st Street an Woodside Avenuei and allegedlly stood next to the young victim, holding on to the same pole she was as the train pulled out of the station. Moments later, the little girl allegedly felt something touching her arm and saw that Dudley had exposed exposed himself and was purposely rubbing himself against her forearm.
Dudley allegedly fled the scene shortly after the victim yelled out for her mother, whom she was traveling with.
"This was a horrible, disturbing act that no one - let alone an innocent child - should have to endure. The defendant is a 40-year-old man who is alleged to have traumatized this little girl for his own demented sexual gratification. If the charges are proven true, he deserves to be locked away from society for a long time,” Brown said in a statement.
