Police Seek “Sushi Bandit” in Queens

He stole an estimated $1,600 worth of food, police say

Police are looking for a "sushi bandit" who they say stole food from a popular Japanese restaurant in Queens on July 6.

Surveillance video shows a man walk into the back of Sushi X Restaurant on Northern Boulevard in Woodside, grab food and then flee.

Police say he stole an estimated $1,600 worth of food.

He's described as  30 to 40-year-old man with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a polo shirt and a baseball hat.
