Stranger Sexually Assaults Woman on Brooklyn Sidewalk, Robs Her: NYPD

A man allegedly sexually assaulted a 22-year-old woman walking alone in Brooklyn in the early morning hours last weekend, police said Wednesday as they released surveillance video of the wanted suspect. 

The woman was walking on Greene Avenue toward Adelphi Street in Clinton Hill at about 3 a.m. last Saturday, Nov. 25, when a stranger approached and started talking to her, police said. 

The man continued to follow the woman, then pushed her to the ground and sexually assaulted her, according to police. He then took her cellphone and keys, then ran off.

The suspect is described as being about 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 9, with brown eyes and black hair, medium build and last seen wearing a gray jacket.
