Not As Chilly Today

Stay ahead of the storm with the team you trust

For the most part, unseasonably cool and dry conditions will last through much of the workweek, making for a relatively quiet and crisp stretch of days. Today will start off quite frosty, especially across many of our suburbs, but temperatures will begin to recover once the sun rises. However, it will still be on the cooler side for this time of year, with highs only rising back into the mid 50s in the city. A few more clouds will float in later today leading into tonight, which will prevent the region from cooling off as much as last night. As a result, temperatures will settle mainly in the 40s in most places, with our suburbs north and west of town slipping back down into the 30s overnight. A weak could front approaching the region tomorrow will bring in some more clouds, and could even stir up a few spotty sprinkles north and west of town. Regardless, it will be the mildest day we encounter all week long, with winds increasing out of the southwest, and highs peaking right around 60 degrees.

TODAY: Cool with more sun than clouds. HIGH: 54

TONIGHT: Not as cold with partly cloudy skies. LOW: 47 NYC (30s North & West)
