A man is dead after a confrontation Saturday at a Queens catering hall, police said.
Police responding to the scene at Queens Palace in Woodside at around 1 a.m. discovered a 24-year-old man with head trauma and a 25-year-old man who had been shot in the leg and back, according to the NYPD. The younger man was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Police are investigating.
