Police say a 45-year-old man was chased down an Upper West Side street by two men and shot three times before hailing a cab to the hospital.

The NYPD is looking for two suspects they say pursued the man to the intersection of 88th Street and Amsterdam Avenue just before 1 a.m.

He was shot twice in the upper body and once in the thigh.

Surveillance video shows the two suspects then kicking him in the street.

After the shooting, the victim took a cab to St. Luke's Hospital, more than a mile away, witnesses and police said. He is in stable condition and is expected to recover.
