A shooter who is armed with a pellet gun is targeting a mosque in the Bronx, police say.
The shooter fired at a mosque on Alexander Avenue in Mott Haven at least three times since last month, according to police.
Police believe the shooter is firing the shots from a building in the Mott Haven Houses across the street.
In the most recent shooting on June 9, pellets hit a window and a person standing outside the mosque, police said.
The other shootings happened on May 30 and June 8.
No one was seriously injured in the shootings.
The NYPD Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.
