Serial Donut-Shop Robber Sought by Police on Long Island

Police on Long Island are looking for a man wanted in connection with a string of donut shop robberies.

Investigators released a sketch of the suspect, who during the most recent robbery wore a hooded jacket, sunglasses and a dark bandanna covering his face.

The suspect struck a convenience store in Old Bethpage at 12:30 a.m. Thursday and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash after threatening the clerk with a large kitchen knife, Nassau County police said.

The suspect has robbed three different Dunken Donut shops in Plainview and New Hyde Park since March 1, police said.
