An overturned truck is causing delays on NJ Transit and Interstate 80 in New Jersey.
The accident and slowdown is between exits 28 and 30 in Roxbury Township in Morris County where a dump truck crashed in the shoulder of the road causing part of the truck to come off and dangle over the edge of the elevated roadway. The NJ Transit Morris and Essex line is suspended in both directions between Mount Arlington to Hackettstown.
It's not clear if anyone was injured. Chopper 4 footage from the scene show road workers working on the vehicle.

Traffic was backed up several miles at about 11:30 a.m. Only one eastbound lane is open, and it wasn't not clear when other lanes would reopen.
