Thunderstorms are expected to arrive midday ahead of an approaching cold front, blasting the region with whipping winds and heavy rain throughout most of the afternoon, Storm Team 4 says.
Parts of the tri-state could see a few stronger storms produce locally heavy downpours and gusty winds, though it will be a milder day with temperatures climbing back into the mid-60s.
