Heavy rain is expected to move through the tri-state Saturday night, potentially causing flooding on streets and highways, Storm Team 4 says.
A flood watch was in effect for Ulster and Dutchess counties from 10 p.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday.
An inch or 2 of rain is expected. Some thunder is possible before the rain tapers off early Sunday.
