A Brooklyn man has been arrested after police found a 46-year-old man lying on a Bronx sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his chest, police say.

Authorities arrested Jamel Burney Wednesday, police said. The 32-year-old faces charges of second-degree murder, manslaughter and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Police later said it was his 91st arrest.

Officers discovered Michael Vermong in front of a money transfer store at East 205th Street and Bainbridge Avenue in the Norwood neighborhood around 2:36 a.m. Wednesday, officials said.
