A track condition caused extensive delays and intermittent suspensions on at least two lines on the PATH Tuesday morning.
Service is delayed between Hoboken and the World Trade Center and Journal Square and West 33rd Street in Manhattan following the track conditions.
The problems caused intermittent service changes and suspensions earlier in the morning, forcing some commuters to wait outside stations amid torrential rains.
Service resumed with delays at about 7:30 a.m.
