Authorities released new photos Wednesday that show three suspects wanted for questioning in the slaying of Gov. Cuomo aide Carey Gabay, who was shot in the hours before the West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn in September.
The photos show three men in their 20s or early 30s. In addition to the three men, police are also looking for a woman believed to be in her late teens or early 20s. Her photo was not provided.
Authorities released surveillance video in October of what appears to be one of the men in the new photos.
Gabay, a first deputy general counsel at the Empire State Development Corporation, was caught in the crossfire between two gangs around 3:40 a.m. Sept. 7 near the parade route in Brooklyn as more than two dozen shots from up to three guns were fired, authorities have said.
The 43-year-old Harvard-educated lawyer and Bronx native was shot in the head; he died after being hospitalized for more than a week while in a coma. Police have said Gabay was an unintended victim.
There have been no arrests in his shooting.
A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
