A man held a knife to a woman’s neck and forced his way into her home before stealing her money, police said.
The robbery happened Wednesday at 5 p.m. as the woman was opening her apartment door in Ridgewood.
The suspect came up to her from behind and put a knife to her neck. He then demanded money, which she gave him.
But the suspect wasn’t done, according to police. He then forced his way into the woman’s apartment and took more money from a drawer in her bedroom before running away.
No one was reported injured in the robbery.
