A man crawled into a stall in a women's restroom at Columbus Circle and tried to rape a woman, police said.
The man entered the Time Warner Center and took an escalator to a second-floor women's restroom on Friday morning, police said.
Once in the restroom, he crawled into a stall with an 18-year-old woman in it and tried to rape her, according to police.
The man began to pull down his pants and the woman screamed, police said. He took off in an unknown direction.
Police released a photo of the suspect Friday night.
