Police are searching for the man who randomly attacked a woman as she walked into a subway station in Woodside, Queens.
The 74-year-old woman was at the 65th Street station, which serves E, M and R trains, when she was attacked earlier this month.
Police say the woman was walking down into the station just after 5 p.m. when a man walking up the stairs got in her face. He then punched her in the head and ran up the stairs to the street.
The woman was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where she was treated and released.
Nothing was stolen from the victim.
