Quality Eats West Village has created a Pride Margarita featuring a "pride cube" which is made by freezing layers of different purees, juices, and Blue Peaflower Extract, giving it an extremely instagrammable rainbow effect. The drink will be offered from June 22 through June 24 for $14, with proceeds of sales to be donated to The Center.

On June 24th from 12:00pm-5:00pm, Don Angie will be selling a special Rainbow Italian Ice (Apricot, Pineapple, Kiwi, Strawberry Blueberry) from a cart in front of the restaurant. The frozen treat will be sold for $5 per cup and all proceeds will be donated to The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Center on West 13th Street.

For the entire month of June, Baked in Color will Bake with Pride by offering both a Rainbow Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake and a Brownie Oreo Rainbow Cookie Cake for $39.95 each. A portion of the proceeds for sales of the specialty desserts will support The Center and the LGBT community.

Sir Henri Penthouse Rooftop has created a Pride Specialty Cocktail menu which features one drink to represent each color of the rainbow. Running from June 17th to the 24th, the Pride menu cocktails will be offered for $13 each, with 10% of every purchase donated to The Trevor Project. Drinks include the "Island Manhattan," "Sunrise over Jalisco," and "Gunpowder" among others.

Añejo in Hell's Kitchen will be adding some serious sparkle to their cocktail menu. For the month of June, the restaurant will be offering the option to upgrade your drink for only $3 with a combination of edible glitter and pea flower extract, which turns pink and purple when activated by citrus. For each upgraded cocktail sold, Añejo will be donating the upcharge to The Trevor Project.

In celebration of Pride, Sherry B. Dessert Studio will be selling packages of rainbow vanilla marshmallows for $12 each. The marshmallows are available from June 10 - June 30th, with proceeds of sales being donated to The Ali Forney Center.

To celebrate Gay Pride, Taco Dumbo will be offering $6 organic frozen Pride inspired margaritas from Monday, June 18th to Sunday, June 24th, and free shared margaritas for gay couples on Sunday, June 24th with proof of marriage. This offer is applicable at all of their locations (Midtown/W. 52nd, Dumbo Heights and The Pennsy).

Treadwell Park
For Pride Week this year, both Treadwell Park locations (Upper East Side and Battery Park City) will be teaming up with Big Alice Brewing and Murray's Cheese for a special pairing. The Bière De Fiérte, which translates to "Beer of Pride," is a Lemongrass Ginger Belgian Tripel (LGBT) that will be paired with a special version of Murray's Cheese's "Little Hosmer." The pairing will be available for $14 all week long leading up to the NYC Pride March, with a portion of the proceeds being donated to New Alternatives, an LGBT Homeless Youth Center in NYC.

In addition, Murray's Cheese Bar will be offering a rainbow cheese board as well as a Big Alice Brewing washed cheese, with 10% of sales on June 23 & 24 being donated to New Alternatives.

The newly opened pizza bar and cocktail lounge Woodstock in the Meatpacking District is throwing a Pride Day Pizza Party. Starting at 1:00pm on June 24th, they will be offering an "All You Need Is Love" dessert pizza and a "Pride of '69" cocktail in addition to their normal menu. The cocktail will cost $12 with $2 from every purchase to be donated to The Ali Forney Center.

In celebration of Pride, The Smile team will be serving custom rainbow sprinkle cookies at all locations (All Smile To Go Locations, The Smile and and The Smile Newsstand) through the end of June. $1 from each cookie sale will be donated to The Ali Forney Center.

In celebration of Pride Month, Ophelia has created a gin-based cocktail inspired by the lounge's Panhellenic roots - Ophelia's Pride Aviation. The lavender cocktail features a printed lambda as a nod to The New York Gay Activists Alliance who chose the Lambda as their symbol in 1970. The $18 cocktail will be available for purchase throughout the month of June, and for every cocktail purchased, $1 will be donated to The Trevor Project.

Located steps away from the end of the Pride March, Oscar Wilde will launch the "Wilde and Out" Pride Cocktail with rosé, elderflower cordial and sparkling wine for $15. The drink will be available through June 24th, with a special buy one get one deal for the cocktail on Sunday only. Rainbow Jello Shots will also be available on the day of the March. In addition, Oscar Wilde will be making a donation to NYC Pride.
