Commuters who ride NY Waterway ferries are getting a break.
The company will eliminate fuel charges, starting Dec. 1.
The reductions mean a $21 savings for commuters who buy monthly ferry tickets between Monmouth County and Manhattan.
Surcharges were imposed in June and July because of rising fuel prices.
