Amtrak's Northeast Corridor service is operating on a modified schedule Friday morning between Washington and New York while repairs are made.
Trains that departed Washington before 5:30 a.m. were canceled.
Keystone Service between Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and New York are operating as scheduled.
