Police in Rockland County are investigating after they say workers found a human fetus in a sewer grate Friday morning.
The fetus was found in a grate next to the the sewage treatment plant in Suffern at about 7:40 a.m., according to police.
It's not clear how the fetus ended up in the grate.
No arrests have been made.
