A man was found fatally injured by the fallen limb of a tree that he was hired to cut down.
The Clarkstown Police Department found the man unresponsive Thursday afternoon on a New City driveway.
The 51-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
