Beer enthusiasts get to celebrate their favorite drink on Friday.
National Beer Day is being marked with special discounts at multiple bars and restaurants.
Here's where you can score a cold one in celebration:
NEW YORK CITY
Grand Central Terminal, 89 East 42nd Street, is celebrating National Beer Day in a grand way. Various vendors including Beer Table to Go and Murray's Cheese are offering 20 percent off beer along with specials on prezels, tacos, sandwhichs and samosas. Score a can of beer for as low as $1.99.
Beirhaus, 712 3rd Ave., is celebrating National Beer day in style. They are pouring additional beer specials, such as an $11 brew variety sampler from 11:30 p.m. until 2 a.m. Friday. Come in at 7 p.m. for their traditional keg tapping for a complimentary round of beer. Munch on half-off Beir Cheese Dip & Chips with a purchase of a half liter.
Shorty's, 62 Pearl St., Shorty's is serving up National Beer Day deals from 4-7 p.m. Friday. Options include $5 beer drafts, cans, and bottles. There's also a second daily happy hour from 10 p.m. until the bar closes for those who can't make it to the early happy hour.

Fresh Salt, 146 Beekman St., has happy hour from 4-8 p.m. with specials including $5 draft beers and well drinks.
169 Bar, 169 East Broadway, has beer specials no bargoer can resist. From 12-7:30 p.m., 169 offers $1 off cans and draft beer with an additional $2 off everything else. Happy hour includes a beer and shot for $3.

NEW JERSEY
Iron Monkey, 99 Greene St., Jersey City, is serving up half-price drafts. From 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Friday. The bar is also offering a $15 lunch special, which includes one food item and one draft beer.
Harvest Moon Brewery, 392 George St., New Brunswick, is serving $5 drinks Friday, including Harvest Moon Beers, Jameson, Absolut, Tanqueray, and Captain Morgan. You can also order happy hour nachos and pizza fries for an additional $5.
Krogh's Restaurant & Brew Pub, 23 White Deer Plaza, Sparta, is offering $1 off domestic beers, $4 flagship beers and $1 off all cocktails and house wines. Happy hour is from 3-6:30 p.m.
Cloverleaf Tavern, 395 Bloomfield Ave., Caldwell, is offering $2 "throwback drafts," which include Yuengling and Narragansett. They will also be serving $3.50 craft drafts.
