Robert Nevius was found unresponsive in his Essex Fells home this morning when police were called to check in on him.
The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is awaiting the results of an autopsy. Police investigators could be seen inside the house dusting for fingerprints this afternoon.
No one has been arrested.
