Police say a motorcyclist is dead after a drunken driver struck him on the Long Island Expressway in Queens.
The crash happened at about 11:15 p.m. Monday. Police say 27-year-old Korey Cox was driving a Nissan Altima in the left lane of the westbound LIE when he veered into the center late and hit a motorcycle.
The motorcycle hit a guardrail and 63-year-old motorcyclist Juan Moncada was ejected and killed.
Cox was arrested. It was not immediately not clear if he has a lawyer.
