A teenage boy was struck and killed by a Metro-North train in Westchester Monday afternoon, police say.
It's not clear how the victim was hit by the train at Phillipse Manor station.
Trains were bypassing the station and there were some delays on the Hudson line.
Law enforcement sources said the victim was alone on the train platform and no foul play was suspected in the incident.
