A man is dead after he was assaulted on a Brooklyn street by several men who bashed him in the head with a blunt object.
The assault happened just after midnight Saturday near the intersection of 12th Street and 5th Avenue in Park Slope. Police said the 22-year-old victim was taken to Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A second victim is in stable condition at Lutheran Hospital with stab wounds.
Their names were not immediately released.
No arrests have been made.
