Mary Kennedy Arrested for DUI — Again

The wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was arrested again this weekend for driving under the influence, but this time it was for drugs, not alcohol, according to reports.

Mary Kennedy was pulled over for speeding shortly before 8 a.m. Saturday on the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess county, according to the Journal News.

The arrest comes only a month after her license was suspended when Kennedy pleaded guilty to DWI following a May 15 arrest.

Kennedy still had a conditional license that permitted her to drive under special circumstances, state police told the News -- but it was unclear what those conditions are. Kennedy was reportedly headed to yoga class and was driving by herself in a 2004 Volvo when a trooper stopped her in Pleasant Valley. Police said she was going 82 mph.

After being taken to a police station in Millwood, cops say they determined that she was under the influence of prescription medication.

Kennedy's lawyer, Kerry Lawrence, told the News that he had no comment on the latest arrest because he was unaware of it.
