Police are seeking a man wanted in connection with an assault at Applebee's restaurant in Staten Island, authorities said.
On the evening of June 23, a 49-year-old man was beaten in the bathroom by an unknown man at an Applebee's on New Dorp Lane, police said.
The victim lost consciousness and suffered cuts and swelling to his head, police said.
He was taken to Staten Island University Hospital North with non-life threatening injuries.
Police released surveillance of the attacker.
