Police in Queens are looking for a man they say went up to a 13-year-old girl on the street, asked for a piece of paper and then pulled down his pants Wednesday morning.
The girl was walking on 48th Street in Sunnyside around 7:30 a.m. when she was approached by the man, who asked for a piece of paper, according to police.
He then pulled down his pants and exposed himself, then fled on a bicycle, police said.
The man is being sought for endangering the welfare of a child. Anyone with information on the man seen in the photos is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
