The death of a 57-year-old man who was found unconscious on a bed in his DUMBO apartment two months ago has been ruled a homicide, authorities said Thursday.
The medical examiner's office has not released autopsy results in the case of Neil Smith, who was found dead in his Main Street apartment on June 19.
No arrests have been made.
