Two suspects robbed a man in Brooklyn at gunpoint while one man told the victim he was a cop, police say.
On May 14 at around 5 p.m., two men walked up to a man in Canarsie armed with a gun, according to the NYPD.
One of the suspects who had a gun struggled with the victim, officials said. Then the second suspect intervened and said he was a police officer.
The victim then stopped fighting with the first suspect and the pair then stole the victim’s property, authorities said.
Police on Wednesday night released surveillance footage of the duo in the hopes of catching them.
