Man Beat Up and Robbed in Queens Subway Station Bathroom: Police

Three guys followed a man into a bathroom in Queens where they beat up him and stole his wallet, police say.

The NYPD says on June 7 around 7 p.m. the three men walked up to the victim inside the bathroom in a Jackson Heights subway station where they punched and kicked the man. The trio then stole the man’s wallet, which had $50 in cash, a debit card and a MetroCard.

Officials responded to the Roosevelt Avenue and Broadway station and transported the victim to an area hospital to be treated for a swollen eye, police said.

Investigators released surveillance footage of the three men in the hopes of getting them off the streets.
