A man was arrested for allegedly illegally filming a 13-year-old New Jersey girl while she showered, police said.
Anibal Garcia-Jerez, 29, allegedly took videos and pictures of the girl after he accessed a concealed area that overlooked the shower in the girl’s Cliffside Park apartment.
The 13-year-old was not aware that she was being filmed by Garcia-Jerez, police said.
Garcia-Jerez was arraigned and held on $50,000 bail, authorities said.
Attorney information for Garcia-Jerez was not immediately available, a spokesperson for the Cliffside Park Police Department said.
