Three people were arrested over the holiday weekend for allegedly selling counterfeit luxury goods including Louis Vuitton handbags and Burberry trench coats.
Nassau County police made the arrests during a raid of the "Lavish Creations" store in Wantagh on Thanksgiving night.
Newsday says police executed a search warrant for the site and the Levittown home of one of the suspects.
Police say they found about $1 million in fake goods, a few thousand dollars in cash and a laptop computer believed to be used in the operation.
Authorities say the business operated for about two years.
