1. Charges Against Customer in Broomstick Brawl at NYC Nail Salon Dismissed, DA Says

Remember the video of that brawl in a New York City nail salon earlier this month? Now, there's a major development in the case.

The Brooklyn DA announced he is dropping charges against the customer involved in the fight.

The scuffle started when the customer refused to pay for a botched eyebrow job. Protesters later demanded the shop be closed.

2. Umpire Shouldn't Have Warned Female Player for Shirt Change, US Open Says

A wardrobe change is causing some serious drama at the U.S. Open.

Fans were pretty upset when a chair umpire hit French player Alize Cornet with a penalty after she briefly took off her shirt because it was on backwards.

Twitter was quick to point out a bunch of male players were shirtless between sets throughout the hot day.

The U.S. Open said it regretted the call.
