1. 'I Was Wrong:' TV Actress Pleads Guilty in NY Sex Slave Case

"Smallville" actress Allison Mack pleaded guilty to racketeering and related conspiracy charges in Brooklyn federal court for her role in an alleged sex-cult and trafficking group called NXIVM based in upstate New York.

Mack, 36, wept as she admitted her crimes and apologized to the women who prosecutors say were exploited by NXIVM and its founder, Keith Raniere.

She faces 20 years on each count when she is sentenced in September.

2. NY Couple Vanishes While on Vacation in the Caribbean

A frantic search is underway for a New York couple who took a vacation to the Caribbean, and suddenly vanished, with no sign of them for nearly two weeks.

Orlando Moore and his girlfriend, Portia Ravenelle, flew out of Newark Liberty International Airport on March 23 for a getaway in the Dominican Republic.

They were supposed to return home to Mount Vernon on March 27.

3. Patagonia Changes Sales Policy, Endangers 'Midtown Uniform'

It might be time to say farewell to the infamous Midtown Uniform.

That's because Patagonia, the apparel maker whose vests are central to the look -- which also includes slacks or jeans and a button-down shirt -- is apparently shifting corporate sales from tech and finance firms to companies that focus on green and social initiatives.

Buzzfeed first reported the policy change after the president of Vested, an integrated communications agency, tweeted an email from a reseller after a client's order was rejected.
