1. Cardi B Responds to Backlash Over Her Drugging, Robbing Men

Cardi B is trying to clarify herself after a video resurfaced online where the rapper said she drugged and robbed men for money.

The Grammy winner posted a statement on Instagram that she had "very limited options" and needed to do anything to "survive."

The former stripper says she wasn't trying to glorify her actions, but felt it was necessary at the time.

2. Winning Ticket for $768M Powerball Jackpot Sold in Wisconsin

A single winning ticket for Wednesday night's $768 million Powerball jackpot was sold in Wisconsin, according to a Powerball press release.

The winning numbers are 16, 20, 37, 44 and 62, and the Powerball is 12.

The Powerball jackpot was last hit in New York in the Dec. 26 drawing.

3. New Bill Could Make Robocalls Illegal in New York

Robocalls would be effectively banned in the state of New York under legislation proposed by lawmakers who say the irritating, relentless calls are a top complaint from constituents.

The measure, which passed a Senate committee Tuesday, would prohibit telemarketers from using automatic dialing technology to contact a New Yorker for commercial purposes if they don't have the person's prior consent.

Companies that violate the rule could face fines of up to $2,000 per call.
